West Chester Police Arrest Coatesville Man for Narcotic and Firearm Violations

WEST CHESTER, PA — The West Chester Police Department reports that Guy Denis, a 32-year-old from Coatesville, was arrested on Friday night for narcotic and firearm violations.

According to police, Denis was taken into custody after officers conducted a vehicle investigation on the 400 block of E Miner St. He is currently being held at Chester County Prison pending arraignment.

Denis has been charged with one county Manufacture Deliver or Possess With Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance and related offenses. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for District Court 15-1-04.

Information, a criminal complaint, or an arrest is not a declaration of guilt. A suspect, arrestee, or defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
