West Chester Man Charged With Theft

WEST CHESTER, PA — A local resident was arrested Saturday by the West Chester Police Department.

Olvin Marrero-Sanchez, age 35, from West Chester has been charged with Retail Theft.

Authorities state that on June 24, 2022, West Chester Police responded to the Giant Food Store for a perpetrator who was being detained for retail theft.  The perpetrator was identified as Olvin Marrero-Sanchez who was then apprehended on June 25, 2022.  Marrero-Sanchez is accused of stealing $233.30 worth of merchandise.

Marrero-Sanchez was processed and released on a summons. A preliminary hearing pending.
