West Chester Man Charged with Corruption of Minors

WEST CHESTER, PA — The West Chester Police Department announced they have charged Victor Montes-Munoz, a 21-year-old white Hispanic male from West Chester, with Corruption of Minors and related offenses.

Authorities state that on Tuesday, May 25th, 2021 at approximately 11 pm, Officers made contact with an occupied vehicle on Linden Street at Sgt. Yarnall Alley, West Chester. Through their investigation, it was determined that Montes-Munoz was in possession of marijuana and provided marijuana to two minors. A summons was filed for Montes-Munoz in District Court 15-1-04. On August 3, 2021, Montes-Munoz waived his right to a preliminary hearing, and the case was referred to the Court of Common Pleas.

Montes-Munoz is charged with:

  • Corruption of minors (2 counts)
  • Distribution of a small amount of marijuana
  • Possession of a small amount of marijuana
  • Drug Paraphernalia
