WEST CHESTER, PA — The West Chester Police Department announced the arrest of 38-year-old Eliot Dalton following a theft investigation.
The criminal complaint alleges that on August 4, 2023, at 1:00 PM, officers were dispatched to Giant Food Store located at 698 Downingtown Pike for a report of a theft. As a result of an investigation, 38-year-old Eliot Dalton of West Chester was taken into custody and charged with Retail Theft.
A preliminary hearing is pending at Chester County Magisterial District Court 15-1-01.
