West Chester Man Accused of Selling Cocaine

WEST CHESTER, PA — Police in West Chester have arrested a man on drug and related charges.

Authorities state that in September 2019, the West Chester Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division opened an investigation into the sale of Cocaine by Hector Hernandez-Celso, a 61-year-old Hispanic male from West Chester, PA. As a result of this investigation, a warrant was issued for Hernandez-Celso for the Delivery of Controlled Substances.

Hernandez-Celso was charged with the following offenses:

  • (4 counts) Delivery of a Controlled Substance (F)
  • (4 counts) Possession of a Controlled Substance (M)
  • (4 counts) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M)
  • (4 counts) Criminal Use of a Communication Facility (F)

Hernandez-Celso turned himself in at West Chester Police on October 27, 2021. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 9, 2021.
