Two Chester Women Arrested for Theft from Oxford Walmart

LOWER OXFORD TWP, PA — The Pennsylvania State Police announced the arrest of 20-year-old Makyiah Poteat and 18-year-old Nadia Thompson, both from Chester, Pennsylvania, on theft and related charges.

Authorities with the Pennsylvania State Police Avondale Station say that on April 18, 2022, at 12:44 PM, Troopers responded to the Walmart located at 800 Commons Drive in Lower Oxford Township, Chester County. Upon arrival, both accused perpetrators were taken into custody. They were then transported to the Pennsylvania State Police Avondale Station where they were processed and released.  The value of the stolen items was $112.66.
