Trenton, NJ Man Arrested After West Chester Police Find Stolen Vehicle

WEST CHESTER, PA — On July 20th, West Chester Police arrested 24-year-old Michael Tolkacz of Trenton, NJ after finding that the car he was driving was stolen out of New Jersey.

Officers pulled him over after seeing the car being driven on High Street and running the registration. Tolkacz had multiple outstanding warrants from Trenton, Ewing, NJ, and Philadelphia, PA. He was charged with receiving stolen property, conspiracy, and fugitive from justice.

Tolkacz was transported to Chester County Prison for arraignment. A preliminary hearing is pending at Chester County Magisterial District Court 15-1-04.
