State Police Investigating Theft at Ulta, $2,000 Worth of Fragrances Stolen

KENNETT SQUARE, PA — The Pennsylvania State Police announced they are investigating a theft from the Ulta Beauty store located at 861 E. Baltimore Pike in East Marlborough Township, Chester County.

The incident allegedly occurred on August 18, 2022, at 6:08 PM. Troopers were informed that two black males and two black females, all believed to be in their mid-20s, entered the store and placed multiple fragrances into bags and baskets. They then fled the store without paying in a white Audi Q5. The total loss is reported at $2,000.
