Social Media Threat at Stetson Middle School

WEST CHESTER, PA — Westtown E. Goshen Regional Police say that on Monday evening they became aware of a threat made in a social media post by a student of Stetson Middle School, located at 1060 Wilmington Pike in West Chester.

Authorities state that the student was immediately identified and an investigation was conducted. Based on the information known at this time, the Police believe this does not appear to be a credible threat. The Westtown E. Goshen Regional Police Department is working with the West Chester Area School District on this matter. This remains a developing story and updates will be made as they become available.
