Police Search for Driver After Hit & Run in West Chester

WEST CHESTER, PA — West Chester Police have launched an investigation into a hit-and-run incident. Officers are seeking the public’s help in their continuing investigation.

Authorities state that on May 1, 2021, at approximately 7:45 pm officers responded to the 50 block of Price St, West Chester for a report of a vehicle crash in which one party fled the scene. Officers are attempting to locate the owner and/or operator of a black Hyundai operated by a white female.

Police are looking for any information to identify the driver of the Hyundai at the time of the crash. Anyone with information can call Officer Ferriola of the West Chester Police Department at 610-696-2700.

Information is subject to change at any time. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
