EXTON, PA — The West Whiteland Township Police Department is investigating an alleged theft from the Boscov’s store in the Exton Square Mall on Saturday, February 8, 2020.

The two suspects were confronted by a loss prevention officer. The individuals allegedly threatened the officer with a hammer before running out of the mall.

The subjects then ran to the nearby Starbuck’s store where they allegedly forced a motorist out of their vehicle and drove off in the stolen vehicle.

The two were briefly pursued by police and were last seen traveling east on the Pennsylvania Turnpike in a gray-blue Subaru Forester.

It appears the subjects arrived at the Exton Square Mall in a black Range Rover which has been recovered.
