EXTON, PA — The West Whiteland Township Police Department announced that an arrest warrant has been issued for 36-year-old Oluwaseye Stephen Ogunlade (aka Steven Emmanual).
Authorities state that Ogunlade is facing charges of Forgery and Theft. The arrest warrant was granted by Chester County Magisterial District Court 15-4-03 on October 11, 2022.
