Police Issue Arrest Warrant for Suspect in Connection to Theft

EXTON, PA — The West Whiteland Police Department announced an arrest warrant has been issued for 63-year-old Luis Rivera.

Rivera has been charged with Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property in connection to an incident that occurred that the TJ Max located at 101 E Swedesford Rd in Exton, PA. The arrest warrant was granted by Chester County Magisterial District Court 15-4-03 on June 7, 2023.
