Police Investigating Bank Robbery at Phoenixville Federal Bank & Trust

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — The Phoenixville Borough Police Department is investigating a robbery that occurred on March 6, 2022, at 4:25 PM, at the Phoenixville Federal Bank and Trust located on Main Street in Phoenixville, Chester County.

Authorities state that the three suspects arrived in the pictured black sedan, believed to be a Nissan Maxima. The vehicle parked in the bank parking lot to the rear of the bank. The two pictured suspects entered the bank separately and the driver remained in the vehicle. Suspect 1 approached the teller window and handed the teller a note with a gloved hand indicating that he had a firearm and demanded large bills, along with no alarm, no dye packs, and no tracers. No firearm was displayed during the incident.
