Pennsylvania State Police Seek Suspect in Ulta Beauty Retail Theft

EAST MARLBOROUGH TWP, PA — The Pennsylvania State Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in a retail theft at the Ulta Beauty located at 861 East Baltimore Pike.

Authorities stated that on November 10, 2022, Troopers from Avondale Station responded to the store for a report of a theft. At approximately 6:20 PM, the pictured suspect allegedly stole five packages of makeup/makeup accessories totaling $500.
