WEST CHESTER, PA — Do you know the whereabouts of 51-year-old Kevin Jay Purnell “Big Kev”? The Pennsylvania State Police Fugitive Task Force, in conjunction with the Chester County Sheriff’s Office, is asking for your help in locating him.
Purnell is wanted for Rape, Indecent Assault, and Corruption of a Minor. His last known address was in New Castle, Delaware, but he is known to frequent the Coatesville area in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
