Parkesburg Man Arrested for Burglary

KENNETT SQUARE, PA — The Pennsylvania State Police announced the arrest of Justin Glen Mastrippolito, a 31-year-old male from Parkesburg, Pennsylvania on Burglary and related charges.

Authorities state that Mastrippolito entered the Kennett Square residence without permission and threatened physical violence against the victims. Mastrippolito is required to stay away from the residence due to an active Protection Order, say Police. Mastrippolito fled the residence in a black Mercedes before the Pennsylvania State Police arrived. Charges were prepared and an arrest warrant was issued.

When Mastrippolito was informed that he had two active warrants for his arrest, he turned himself in at Magisterial District Court 15-4-04. He is awaiting a preliminary hearing.
