Parkesburg Authorities Detain Individual in Identity Theft Case

PARKESBURG, PA — The Parkesburg Borough Police Department has announced the arrest of Cezan Alize Mills, age 27, in connection with allegations of identity theft and related offenses.

The arrest stems from an investigation initiated after a report was filed on October 5, 2024. Mills was taken into custody on October 31, 2024. A preliminary hearing to address these charges is set for November 14, 2024, at the Parkesburg District Court.

It is imperative to remember that the charges against Mills are currently allegations, and she is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
