One Arrested After Theft at Coventry Mall

POTTSTOWN, PA — The North Coventry Police Department announced that on December 17, 2022, at approximately 1:35 PM, officers responded to an alleged retail theft in progress at the Boscovs at the Coventry Mall.

The suspect initially fled the scene but officers located him a short distance away. He was identified as 31-year-old Andrew Sterner. Sterner was processed and charged with summary retail theft and disorderly conduct.

Sterner was charged with 1 count of Retail Theft and 1 count of Disorderly Conduct. He was cited and released.

Information, a criminal complaint, or an arrest is not a declaration of guilt. A suspect, arrestee, or defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
