Nottingham Man Arrested in West Chester After Theft Incidence

WEST CHESTER, PA — The West Chester Police announced that a resident of Nottingham, Pennsylvania has been arrested on theft charges.

Authorities stated that on Tuesday, February 21 at 7:00 pm, 41-year-old Eric Jackson from Nottingham was arrested in West Chester after allegedly committing a retail theft. The incident occurred at a business in the 700 block of W. Strasburg Road. Jackson was taken into custody without incident and transported to Chester County Prison.

Jackson has been charged with Retail Theft and will have a preliminary hearing at District Court 15-1-01.

Information, a criminal complaint, or an arrest is not a declaration of guilt. A suspect, arrestee, or defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
