“This defendant violated the victim when she was incapable of consent. She showed tremendous courage by coming forward, and we are thankful to our team of investigators and prosecutors for advocating for the victim throughout this case,” said Chester County District Attorney Deb Ryan.

According to prosecutors, on October 17, 2021, the Lincoln University Police Department was dispatched to the Lincoln House, a resident building, located on the campus of Lincoln University for a report of a sexual assault. The victim reported that she had attended Homecoming activities and parties on campus the night before and into the morning of October 17, 2021. She stated that she had consumed alcohol at the events and returned home at approximately 12:30 a.m.

The victim further related that while she was attempting to sleep, she overheard doors slamming throughout the house and knew others had returned home.
