WEST CHESTER, PA — The Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Gabriel S. Otavio of Plainville, Massachusetts.
Gabriel S. Otavio is currently wanted by the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department for felony fraud and related offenses. The warrant is a result of an investigation into counterfeit checks totaling over $7,000 that were deposited into Otavio’s account and used for personal expenses.
