OXFORD, PA — Law enforcement in Cecil County, Maryland arrested 38-year-old Tanya Lynn Minks on Monday, February 7 on a felony warrant as a fugitive wanted in Pennsylvania.
Authorities state that on January 8, 2022, Oxford Borough Police were dispatched to the 300 Blk North Third Street for a report of a retail theft in progress. After their investigation, it was determined that during the attempted retail theft, Minks was operating a stolen vehicle but had left the area before police arrived. A felony warrant was issued for Minks on January 31, 2022. On February 7, 2022, she was taken into custody by law enforcement in Cecil County, Maryland and will be extradited back to Pennsylvania.
