EXTON, PA — The West Whiteland Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 31-year-old John Bromwell.
Bromwell is wanted on charges of Retail Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, and Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Officer. A warrant for his arrest was issued on September 7, 2022, by Chester County Magisterial District Court 15-4-03.
