Man Charged with Multiple Counts of Sexual Assault of a Child

WEST CHESTER, PA — The West Chester Police Department announced the arrest of a 39-year-old West Chester resident on 10 counts of Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, 10 counts of Rape, 10 counts of Aggravated Indecent Assault of a Child, and numerous other related offenses.

The criminal complaint alleges that in March of 2023, the West Chester Police Department took a report from a child victim stating that she had been sexually assaulted. The child victim reported that the suspect would touch her all over her body both on top of her clothing and under her clothing and was made to perform sexual acts on him starting around the ages of 5-7 years old and continued until she was 14 years of age. The child victim said the sexual assault occurred in her home and other locations in the Borough of West Chester. Police identified the perpetrator as Lucino Ochoa-Mena, aged 39, and a resident of West Chester, PA.

On May 4th, 2023, Ochoa-Mena was taken into custody. He was processed and then transported to Chester County Prison for arraignment. A preliminary hearing is scheduled to take place at District Court 15-1-01.
