Man Arrested on Felony Retail Theft and Related Charges

POTTSTOWN, PA — North Coventry Township Police Department announced that 41-year-old Maurice Terrell Davis has been arrested on two counts of felony theft and related charges.

Authorities stated that Davis stands accused of stealing over $4,000.00 of merchandise from the Lowes Home Improvement Store, located at 1136 Town Square in Pottstown, between May and June of 2022. A warrant for his arrest was initially issued on September 28, 2022.

The North Coventry Police Department arrested Davis on September 29, 2022. He was arraigned at Chester County Magisterial District Court 15-3-01 and was released on a $20,000.00 unsecured bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 20, 2022.
