WEST CHESTER, PA — Authorities state that on Sunday, July 24, 2022, at 4:43 PM, the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department responded to a retail theft in progress at the Giant Food Store located at 1393 Dilworthtown Crossing.
Upon arrival, officers located the suspect’s vehicle traveling northbound on Wilmington Pike and conducted a traffic stop. After further investigation, 31-year-old Carl Wayne Barbour was arrested for retail theft.
