EXTON, PA — The West Whiteland Police Department announced the arrest of 36-year-old Anthony Winston.
Winston was arrested on Monday, January 16, 2023, in connection to an alleged motor vehicle theft that occurred at Creamery Way and Campbell Boulevard in Exton, PA,
He has been charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking, Receiving Stolen Property, and Driving Without a License.
