Man Arrested for Credit Card Fraud After Being Found Sleeping in West Chester

WEST CHESTER, PA — In a bizarre incident that occurred on Saturday, August 20th in West Chester, a man was arrested after being found sleeping on a lawn.

Brian Goslin, age 35, of Philadelphia, was found in possession of a wallet and credit cards that were reported missing. The investigation revealed that Goslin had used the credit card belonging to the victim without permission. He additionally was found to have an active arrest warrant out of Philadelphia.

Goslin has been charged with Access Device Fraud, Theft, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
