Lottery Tickets Stolen from Timber Lanes in Lower Oxford Township

LOWER OXFORD TWP, PA — State Police in Chester County report they are investigating the theft of Pennsylvania Lottery scratch-off tickets that occurred on Saturday.

Officials state that on Sunday, December 5, 2021, Troopers from the Avondale Barracks were dispatched to the Timber Lanes bowling center, located at 1800 Baltimore Pike, Lower Oxford Township, Chester County, for a report of the theft.

The business owner told Troopers that on December 4, 2021, at approximately 11:40 pm, a black man reached around the counter and stole 5 Pennsylvania Lottery scratch-off tickets. The owner stated that she noticed the theft occurred when she saw a partially ripped ticket hanging from the dispenser. Troopers say that video surveillance clearly shows the suspect committing the crime.
