WEST CHESTER, PA — The West Chester Police Department announced the arrest of 40-year-old Meichen W Silverstein from Flushing, NY for Prostitution and Related Offenses.

The Zen Spa massage parlor, located at 107 North Church Street in West Chester, was allegedly engaging in illegal activity including prostitution.

According to authorities, in November of 2022, the West Chester Police received information that sparked an investigation into the massage parlor known as Zen Spa. After examining the facts, the West Chester Police Criminal Investigations Unit reportedly had reason to believe that acts of prostitution were going on in the establishment.

After a months-long investigation, the West Chester Police served a search warrant on January 11, 2023, which resulted in Silverstein’s arrest. As of now, a preliminary hearing is pending at District Court 15-1-01.

Information, a criminal complaint, or an arrest is not a declaration of guilt. A suspect, arrestee, or defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
