COATESVILLE, PA — The Coatesville Police Department announced that Justin A. Schmidt has been arrested on two active warrants.
Authorities stated that on Saturday, February 18, 2023, at approximately 12:46 AM. officers observed and stopped a male on the 300 block of East Chestnut Street. The male matched the description of a wanted suspect. Identified as Justin A. Schmidt, the suspect was found to have two active warrants for his arrest. One warrant was related to felony possession with the intent to deliver charges, and the other was for a parole violation. During the course of an investigation, Schmidt reportedly was found in possession of controlled substances and faces additional related charges.
Schmidt was taken into police custody without incident and is awaiting arraignment.
