Lancaster Man Arrested for Child Sexual Assault

OXFORD, PA — The Oxford Borough Police Department announced that on January 31, 2023, the Lancaster City Police arrested 37-year-old Pedro Aspuac on a criminal warrant.

Authorities stated that on January 10, 2020, the Oxford Borough Police Department, assisted by the Chester County Detectives, issued the warrant for Pedro Aspuac of Lancaster, Pennsylvania for Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse with a child and related crimes.

Aspuac is charged with the following:

  • Involuntary Deviant Sexual Intercourse-Victim Less Than 13 years old
  • Involuntary Deviant Sexual Intercourse with a Child
  • Corruption of Minors
  • Indecent Assault Victim Less than 13 years old (2 counts)
  • Endangering the Welfare of Children

Aspuac waived his right to a preliminary hearing that was scheduled for February 21, 2023, and all charges were held to the Court of Common Pleas.  Aspuac was unable to post a $250,000 cash bail and is being held at the Chester County Prison.
