Kennett Square Juvenile Charged With Cyber Harassment, Assault

KENNETT SQUARE, PA — The Kennett Square Police Department announced the arrest of a male juvenile on Cyber Harassment, Assault and related charges.

Authorities state that the arrest followed an altercation, during which the male juvenile was allegedly body shaming, teasing, and initiated a physical altercation with a female juvenile. The incident occurred on March 2, 2022, at approximately 3:29 PM, in the 100 block of South Union Street in Kennett Square, Chester County, Pennsylvania.

The male juvenile was charged with the following offences:

  • Simple Assault
  • Cyber Harassment of a Child
  • Harassment
  • Disorderly Conduct

The charges were filed with Chester County Juvenile Probation on March 22, 2022.
