Have You Seen Him? Man Wanted on Multiple Warrants in Chester County

WEST NOTTINGHAM TWP, PA — A man is wanted by the Pennsylvania State Police in connection to multiple arrest warrants.

Joshua Phillips, age 27, is charged with Flight to Avoid Apprehension, Accident Involving Damage, Failing to Report an Accident, and additional related offenses.

Authorities state that Troopers from the Avondale Barracks responded to the intersection of Lees Bridge Road and Fremont Road in West Nottingham Township, Chester County on Wednesday, May 12, 2022, at 5:58 AM for a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, Troopers determined that a male vehicle operator, later identified as Joshua Phillips, crashed a vehicle into the residence located at 499 Lees Bridge Road, fled the scene of the crash, and then discharged a firearm in a nearby field.

There are multiple warrants for Phillips at this time.

Investigators state that Joshua Phillips is believed to be traveling between the areas of Oxford Borough, Chester County, Quarryville Borough, Lancaster County and West Chester, Chester County.
