WEST CHESTER, PA — The Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department announced that a felony arrest warrant has been issued for 42-year-old William Firmin Whitehead III, of Westtown Township, Chester County.

Chester County Magisterial District Court 15-2-03 granted the warrant on September 11, 2023, due to Whitehead’s alleged failure to provide accurate information to the Pennsylvania State Police as required by Megan’s Law.
