LONDON GROVE TWP, PA — The Pennsylvania State Police Avondale Station say they are investigating a Theft by Deception incident that occurred in London Grover Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania.
Authorities state that on March 14, 2022, the victims, a 62-year-old male and a 72-year-old female, both from London Grover Township, reported that an unknown perpetrator convinced them to purchase $36,500 in miscellaneous gift cards using a computer hacking and phone scam.
