Do You Know Him? Help Police ID Burglary and Arson Suspect

OXFORD, PA — Oxford Borough Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying the suspect in an attempted burglary and who may be involved in two arson incidents.

As seen in released photos and video, the suspect threw a rock into the window and attempted to gain access to merchandise inside the business.

Additionally, Police believe this is the same suspect to have been involved in two arson incidents that occurred on South Fifth Street around the same timeframe. The arson incidents involved a suspect who approached the porches of two separate residences and set a United States flag on fire. A passerby noticed the fire and alerted the homeowners.

Information is subject to change at any time. Information, a criminal complaint, or an arrest is not a declaration of guilt. A suspect, arrestee, or defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
