Delaware County Fugitive Arrested On Felony Warrant

POTTSTOWN, PA — A resident of Norwood, Delaware County was arrested Thursday on a felony arrest warrant.

Patrick Walsh, age 37, was arrested by the  North Coventry Police Department on June 23, 2022.  Walsh was picked up in Delaware County on multiple warrants on June 11, 2022, and being housed until his hearing at Chester County Magisterial District Court 15-3-01.

Authorities state that the arrest warrant out of Chester County was issued on January 21, 2022, in connection to two incidents of felony retail theft that took place at the Lowe’s Home Improvement store located at 1136 Town Square Road in Pottstown, PA on November 14, 2021, and December 8, 2021.

Walsh waived his hearing and was remanded back to Delaware County Prison due to outstanding charges in Delaware County. Moreover, numerous detainers have been filed against Walsh from various other jurisdictions.
