KENNETT SQUARE, PA — Kennett Square Police Department announced that 36-year-old Carolyn Bovell of Conshohocken, PA was arrested following a vehicle pursuit in which she was operating a stolen vehicle.
The incident occurred on December 1, 2022, at approximately 4:03 AM, beginning in the 500 Block of West Cypress Street, Kennett Square Borough. Bovell and the stolen vehicle were both located in Conshohocken, PA on December 2, 2022.
Bovell is charged with the following crimes:
- Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition
- Receiving Stolen Property
- Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police (
- Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle
- Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic
- Reckless Driving
- Careless Driving
- Driving Vehicle at Safe Speed
Officers retrieved Bovell from the Conshohocken Police Department and transported her to Chester County Prison where her bail was set at $25,000 cash.
