Cochranville Man Wanted After Assaulting a Juvenile

OXFORD, PA — The Oxford Borough Police Department is seeking the public’s help locating 26-year-old Terrance Franklin of Cochranville who is accused of assaulting a 17-year-old juvenile and causing injuries that required surgery.

Authorities state that on April 12, 2022, the Oxford Borough Police were dispatched to the Hopewell Elementary School for a report of an assault. Their investigation determined that the perpetrator, identified as Terrance Franklin, had struck the 17-year-old victim in the face. The assault caused serious injuries to the juvenile’s right eye, requiring surgery. An Aggravated Assault warrant was issued for Franklin who also has two Chester County Bench Warrants and numerous summary warrants. He reside in Cochranville but is known to frequent both Oxford and Kennett Square.
