Chester Woman Arrested Following Hit-and-Run in Westtown Township

WEST CHESTER, PA — A 24-year-old woman from Chester, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, has been arrested following a hit-and-run incident in the early hours of March 3, 2024, according to the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department.

Kayshae Ricks was apprehended after a police officer on routine patrol observed the alleged hit-and-run on the 1000 block of Wilmington Pike in Westtown Township. The officer initiated a traffic stop and subsequently arrested Ricks.

Ricks now faces multiple allegations, including aggravated assault, fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, driving under the influence, involvement in an accident causing damage, harassment, careless driving, and driving without a license.
