Burglars Steal Appliances from Ryan Homes Construction Site

PENN TWP, PA — The Pennsylvania State Police announced they are investigating a burglary and the theft of multiple home appliances from a new home construction site in Penn Township, Chester County.

Authorities stated that the victim, Ryan Homes with offices in West Chester, reported a burglary at 701 Thomas Penn Drive that occurred in the early morning hours of September 22, 2022. The unknown perpetrators stole home appliances from multiple dwellings currently under construction. Items taken included a GE washing machine, GE clothing dryer, GE refrigerator, an air conditioning condenser, and a pressure washer. Additionally, a window was damaged during the incident.
