WEST CHESTER, PA — The West Chester Police Department announced the arrest of a 21-year-old resident of Reading, Berks County, Pennsylvania on assault charges.
The criminal complaint alleges that on April 7, 2023, at 2:00 am, Officers responded to the 200 block of S High St for a report of an assault. As a consequence of the investigation, authorities identified a suspect. On April 21, 2023, Cody Rivera was taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault and related offenses. A preliminary hearing is yet to be scheduled.
