Arrest Warrant Issued for Delaware Man Wanted for Contractor Fraud

WEST CHESTER, PA — West Chester Police announced an active warrant for James Naylor Small for Contractor Fraud.

Authorities state that Small received over $30,000 dollars from the victim and failed to complete the job. Small was the owner-operator of Mid-Atlantic Home repair. He is described as a white male, six feet tall and approximately 190-200 pounds. Small last resided in Delaware City, Delaware and has been avoiding apprehension since December 2020.
