WEST CHESTER, PA — The Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department has charged a man with indecent assault and related offenses.
Authorities state that on August 15, 2022, the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department investigated a sexual assault involving a minor. Juan Munoz-Cruz, 35, was identified as the offender and an arrest warrant was issued. Munoz-Cruz surrendered himself to police on September 28, 2022. He was arraigned in front of Honorable Judge Smith where bail was set at $25,000.00 unsecured. A preliminary hearing date was set later in October.
