KENNETT SQUARE, PA — Kennett Square Police Department announced that Jhonathan Lopez-Lopez, age 23, of Kennett Square, was arrested on October 8, 2022, after being charged with Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, Statutory Sexual Assault, Sexual Abuse of Children and other related offenses.
The charges stemmed from an investigation involving Lopez-Lopez having inappropriate contact with a juvenile. This is a developing story and more information will be released as it becomes available.
Lopez-Lopez has been charged with the following offenses:
- Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse (1 Count)
- Statutory Sexual Assault (1 Count)
- Sexual Abuse of Children (1 Count)

- Unlawful Contact with Minor (1 Count)
He was later arraigned and remanded to Chester County Prison after failing to post bail, which was set at $500,000 Cash.
