Wilmington Police: Two Men Arrested, Three Off-Highway Vehicles Recovered!

WILMINGTON, DE — Wilmington Police announced the arrest of two men and the recovery of three off-highway vehicles that had been operated illegally in the City of Wilmington.

Over the weekend, members of the Special Operations Division Traffic Unit conducted targeted enforcement related to the illegal operation of off-highway vehicles, with the assistance of the Uniformed Services Division and the Safe Streets Task Force.

The criminal complaint alleges that on August 26, police recovered a dirt bike in the 200 block of North Connell Street and charged 31-year-old George Dollard with an offense related to the off-highway vehicle. On August 27, police recovered a second dirt bike in the 800 block of East 23rd Street and charged 25-year-old Jose Correa with multiple offenses related to the off-highway vehicle.

Police also recovered a third dirt bike over the weekend, and an investigation into that recovered off-highway vehicle remains ongoing.
