WILMINGTON, DE — Wilmington Police announced the arrest of a 26-year-old man on drug charges following an investigation.
Quamyr Seals has been charged with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver and additional related offenses.
According to the criminal complaint, beginning in August, members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division have been conducting an investigation into illegal drug sales in the 100 block of North Franklin Street. On August 10, at 2:25 p.m., police made contact with 26-year-old Quamyr Seals and took him into custody without incident. Officers subsequently executed a search warrant in the 200 block of North Franklin Street, and recovered .042 grams of fentanyl, 1.5 grams of crack cocaine, and drug paraphernalia.
Seals was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution pending further proceedings.
