Wilmington Police Make Arrest in Burglary

WILMINGTON, DE — The Wilmington Police announced the arrest of 40-year-old Latoya Watson during a burglary in progress.

Authorities stated that on February 20 at approximately 4:34 a.m., members of Wilmington’s Uniformed Services Division responded to the 800 block of West 4th Street, in reference to a burglary in progress. Officers made contact with Latoya Watson and took her into custody without incident.

Watson was charged with the following offenses:

  • Burglary 3rd Degree
  • Criminal Mischief Under $1,000

She was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 20 and released on $2,000 unsecured bail.
